The bright, open layout showcases panoramic views of Woahink Lake from throughout the home and leads out to an expansive upper deck and lower patio designed for making the most of the waterfront setting.

Fire up the BBQ for a lakeside meal, unwind in the hot tub while taking in the sweeping views, or gather around the fire pit for stargazing and stories beneath the night sky. Head out on the provided kayaks to explore the lake’s clear waters and natural surroundings. Woahink Lake is also popular with its crystal clear water clarity. Guests bringing a boat or jet ski can launch nearby and cruise directly to the home’s private dock. Fishing enthusiasts may also find largemouth bass, rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, and yellow perch in the lake.

🅿️ PARKING
▪️ Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway in front of the garage

📋 RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, ID UPLOAD, LIABILITY WAIVER
▪️ Our home insurance carrier and short-term rental permit require every adult guest included in the reservation to review and electronically sign a liability waiver before check-in.
▪️ The primary booking guest is required to sign the Rental Agreement, upload a copy of their government-issued ID, authorize a $750 refundable security deposit on a credit card (this is a temporary hold, not a charge, and will be placed on the primary guest’s credit card two days before arrival), and provide a unique email address for each adult included in the reservation.
▪️ After booking, the primary guest will receive a secure link to
1) Sign the rental agreement
2) Complete the security deposit authorization
3) Upload a valid government-issued ID
4) Provide a unique email address for every adult included in the reservation (The number of adult email addresses provided must match the number of adults listed on the reservation)
▪️ Once all required email addresses are submitted, each adult will receive a separate liability waiver by email to review and electronically sign.
▪️ The door code will not automatically generate until all required liability waivers have been completed. To avoid any check-in delays or access issues, please make sure every adult signs their waiver before arrival.

🛶 WATERFRONT & KAYAK SAFETY
▪️ This property is located directly on an unfenced natural lake. There is no lifeguard on duty.
▪️ Children must remain under direct adult supervision at all times near the lake, shoreline, dock, deck stairs, hot tub, and kayaks.
▪️ Kayak use is optional and permitted only after the required waiver is completed and all safety rules are reviewed.
▪️ A properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket must be carried for every kayak occupant. Children age 12 and younger must wear one while underway. Guests must also carry the required sound-producing device, such as a whistle.
▪️ Kayaks may not be used after dark, while impaired, during high winds, storms, poor visibility, or other unsafe conditions.
▪️ No diving or jumping from the dock, deck, shoreline, stairs, or other structures. Water depth and submerged conditions may vary.
▪️ Guests must inspect kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and related equipment before use and immediately report missing or damaged equipment. Damaged equipment may not be used.
▪️ Waterfront amenities may be unavailable or closed when conditions are unsafe or maintenance is required.

🛥️ PERSONAL WATERCRAFT
▪️ Guests wishing to bring a boat or personal watercraft must receive advance approval. A nearby public launch (East Woahink Lake Day-Use Area) may provide lake access, but guests are responsible for verifying launch availability, lawful operation, vessel suitability, registration, permits, insurance, and safe mooring. Dock use depends on vessel size, available space, weather, water levels, and lake conditions.

♨️ HOT TUB
▪️ Our hot tub is professionally serviced by Pacific Breeze Hot Tubs after each guest departure. Please note that service is available Monday through Friday only. If your stay begins on a Sunday, the hot tub will not be serviced until Monday.
▪️ Because the property has a shallow sandy shoreline, small amounts of sand may occasionally be tracked into the hot tub and become trapped in the jets or internal system. Even after a thorough cleaning, some sand may be released back into the water during use. Please be assured that this is normal for a lakeside property and does not indicate that the hot tub is unclean.
▪️ No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub.
▪️ Children must be directly supervised, and the cover must remain secured whenever the hot tub is not in use.
▪️ Do not use the hot tub while impaired or during lightning, storms, or other unsafe weather.
▪️ Use extra caution when moving between the hot tub, deck stairs, dock, and shoreline.

🐻 BLACK BEARS
▪️ Black bears are occasionally seen in the Florence area and generally avoid people. To help keep both guests and wildlife safe, please do not leave food in vehicles or outdoor dining areas, and always secure the garbage can lids using the attached clips.

🦶 DECK
▪️ Deck and dock surfaces may become hot, wet, slippery, uneven, or splintered. Footwear is recommended, and guests should use handrails and exercise caution on all exterior stairs and waterfront surfaces.

👦 FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
▪️ The property borders an unfenced lake and may not be suitable for families seeking a fully enclosed outdoor area.
▪️ Children must remain under direct adult supervision whenever outdoors, particularly near the lake, shoreline, dock, deck stairs, hot tub, fire pit, and kayaks.
▪️ There is no safety gate at the top of the exterior stairs leading toward the dock.

🍽️ OUTDOOR DINNERWARE
▪️ Plenty of dinnerware to be used for outside found in a dedicated kitchen drawer labeled for outside use. No glass is permitted on the deck, dock, or near the hot tub.

🐛 NATURE
▪️ Our home is in a natural lakefront area, so it's not out of the ordinary to see insects. We also see wildlife like eagles, bunnies, deer, and sometimes even bears by the lake. It's okay to eat outside, but please clean up right away and don't leave any food on the deck overnight.

☀️ ELECTRIC ROLLER SHADES
▪️ Our west-facing living room windows receive direct afternoon and evening sunlight. To help keep the space comfortable, please lower the electric roller shades during the warmer part of the day.

📣 CONSIDERATIONS
▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that negatively impacts your trip
