▪️ The cabin is fully accessible without any steep, curvy, and dangerous roads! It's super flat. Save your adrenaline for the rollercoasters at Dollywood instead!
▪️ Enjoy the vibes from the outdoor deck whether it be during sunrise or sunset. Just don’t forget to take a moment and listen to the soothing sounds of the birds chirping and the leaves rustling in the wind
▪️ Location location location! Looking to spend time in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg? Well you’re in for a treat as this cabin is conveniently located right next to the parkway, giving you quick and convenient access to all the activities and good eats on your list! Also, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only ~18 short miles away

▪️ Wake up and start your morning the right way with a dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig duo (K-Cup pods, ground coffee, and tea provided)
▪️ Spacious outdoor deck dining area will be perfect for those who wants fresh brisk air while enjoying their meal

▪️ Please be mindful when driving in the winter. Roads leading up to this cabin is relatively flat and not curvy. These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface condition. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.
▪️ Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather.
▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.

Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
